What it does

SovGuardAI analyzes legal and quasi-legal documents for language, tactics, and theories that U.S. courts and peer-reviewed research have already labeled sovereign-citizen / paper-terrorism patterns.

It is for attorneys, prosecutors, judges, court clerks, SOS/UCC staff, journalists, researchers, and people who received a filing, lien, or notice and want a structured first pass.

How your documents are handled

Your original file is processed in memory only and is never stored on our servers. Extracted text and your analysis report are retained for up to 7 days to deliver your results, then automatically and permanently deleted. Documents are transmitted to and processed by Anthropic (Claude API) and, for scanned PDFs, by Google Cloud (Vertex AI) for text recognition.

When your report is displayed or emailed, Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers and financial account numbers quoted from your document are shortened to their last four digits, and birth dates to the year, following the convention federal courts use for public filings (Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2). Birth certificate numbers are shortened the same way. This masking is automatic and may not catch every instance.
