1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SovGuard AI ("Service"), operated by Sovguardai LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SovGuard AI is an AI-powered document analysis tool designed to identify patterns associated with sovereign citizen ideology in legal and quasi-legal documents. The Service allows users to submit documents for automated pattern detection, receive AI-generated analysis reports including correspondence scores, flagged phrases, tactic descriptions, and court rejection language, and receive completed reports via email.

SovGuard AI does not provide legal advice. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes legal advice, legal opinion, or professional guidance of any kind. Do not rely on SovGuard AI output to make legal decisions. Always consult a qualified attorney.

3. Intellectual Property

SovGuard AI™ is a trademark of Sovguardai LLC. All rights reserved. The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, prompts, needle arrays, tactic taxonomy, and content, is the property of Sovguardai LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. User Submissions and Data

What you submit: When you submit a document, you provide a file and an email address. Your original file is processed in memory and never stored on our servers. Extracted text and your analysis report are retained for up to 7 days to deliver your results, then automatically and permanently deleted.

Your responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have lawful authority to submit the document for analysis, submission does not violate any court order, protective order, confidentiality agreement, attorney–client privilege, or applicable law, and you will not submit sealed, classified, or unlawfully obtained materials.

No privileged documents: Do not submit documents subject to attorney–client privilege, work product protection, or any other confidentiality obligation beyond what is necessary for analysis. Documents are transmitted to and processed by Anthropic (Claude API). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No license grant for training: We do not claim a license to use your submitted documents to train AI models. Anthropic's API terms do not permit training on API user data by default.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated content produced by the Service — including correspondence scores, flagged phrases, tactic descriptions, court rejection language, and analysis summaries — is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content is prone to errors, hallucinations, and inconsistencies.

Correspondence scores are automated pattern assessments only. They do not constitute a legal conclusion, prediction of outcome, or characterization of any individual.

Case citations are not AI-generated. The case name, court, reporter citation and date of every authority appearing in a SovGuard AI report are drawn from a fixed, manually curated reference library and are reproduced from that library rather than produced by the model. Which authorities appear in a given report is determined by the analysis; the citation text itself is not. Citations are nonetheless provided for reference only and may become outdated or be superseded. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all citations through official legal research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or CourtListener before relying on them in any proceeding.

The AI models and analysis methodology used by SovGuard AI may be updated, changed, or replaced at any time without notice, including updates made by our AI provider, Anthropic, PBC. Such changes may affect analysis results for similar or identical documents submitted at different times. Sovguardai LLC makes no representation that results will be consistent across submissions or over time.

7. Professional Responsibility

If you are a licensed attorney or other legal professional, you remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable rules of professional conduct governing your jurisdiction and practice, including duties of competence, candor toward tribunals, and supervision of non-lawyer assistance. SovGuard AI does not substitute for independent professional judgment. Your use of this Service does not satisfy any professional duty of competence or due diligence.

Reliance on SovGuard AI output in lieu of independent professional review does not satisfy any applicable standard of care for legal professionals. Sovguardai LLC shall not be joined as a party to, or bear any responsibility in connection with, any claim of professional negligence, malpractice, or breach of duty arising from a user's reliance on AI-generated analysis without independent professional judgment.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, submit documents you do not have lawful authority to share, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code, AI prompts, or proprietary tactic taxonomy from the Service, use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service, attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits, use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual, submit documents containing sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for analysis, or misrepresent the Service's output as legal advice or a legal conclusion.

• Submit SovGuard AI reports, scores, or analysis output to any court, tribunal, regulatory body, or official proceeding as evidence, certification, or expert determination without independent professional review and a clear disclosure that the analysis was generated by an automated AI tool and does not constitute expert testimony or a legal conclusion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sovguardai LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovguardai LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total aggregate liability of Sovguardai LLC to you for any cause whatsoever shall at all times be limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid, if any, by you to Sovguardai LLC for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

10A. Refund Policy

Each scan is a single-use service delivered immediately upon submission. Because AI-generated analysis reports are delivered automatically and consumed at the time of generation, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed analyses.

Exception: If a technical failure prevents delivery of your completed report, contact us at support@sovguardai.ai within 24 hours of submission with your submission confirmation. Verified delivery failures will be credited or refunded at Sovguardai LLC's sole discretion.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of Service access.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sovguardai LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your submission of documents you did not have lawful authority to share, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Limitation on Claims Relating to AI Output

The AI-generated analysis produced by SovGuard AI reflects automated pattern detection only. It does not constitute the authorship, editorial judgment, or professional opinion of Sovguardai LLC. To the extent applicable law provides immunity or limitation of liability for AI-generated or algorithmically generated content, Sovguardai LLC asserts such protection to the fullest extent permitted.

Nothing in this Section limits the disclaimers and limitations set forth in Sections 6, 9, and 10 of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

Sovguardai LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

Sovguardai LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 10A, 11, 12, 15, 16, and 17 survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact Sovguardai LLC in writing describing the dispute and the relief sought, and to allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

17. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sovguardai LLC concerning the Service.

No Oral Modifications: These Terms may only be amended in writing by an authorized representative of Sovguardai LLC.

Force Majeure: Sovguardai LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, failures of third-party service providers including Anthropic, Railway, Resend, and Cloudflare, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

1. Introduction

Sovguardai LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates SovGuard AI ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Submitted Documents: When you submit a document for analysis, the text is extracted from your file and transmitted to our AI analysis provider. Your original file is processed in memory only and is never stored on our servers.

Extracted Text: The text extracted from your submitted document is retained on secure servers for up to 7 days to deliver your analysis results and allow you to access your report. Extracted text is automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days.

Analysis Results: The JSON analysis report generated for your document is retained on secure servers for up to 7 days, then automatically deleted.

Email Address: Your email address is collected at the time of submission to deliver your completed analysis report. If you redeem an access code via the Agreement page, you additionally consent to receiving communications about SovGuard AI, including updates or offers. In all cases, your email address is never shared with third parties and is used only to communicate with you about SovGuard AI.

Usage Data: We may collect standard technical data about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, browser type, and session duration.

Aggregate Analytics: De-identified statistics about completed analyses, as described in Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and deliver the document analysis Service, send your completed analysis report via email, maintain and improve the Service, conduct research and trend analysis using de-identified data, ensure the security and integrity of the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing — Anthropic

Documents submitted to SovGuard AI are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for AI analysis via the Claude API. Anthropic processes your document content solely to generate the analysis response. Per Anthropic's API terms, data submitted via the API is not used to train Anthropic's models by default. Anthropic's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy available at anthropic.com.

Do not submit documents that are sealed, privileged, classified, subject to a protective order, or otherwise confidential. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you submit does not violate confidentiality obligations, attorney–client privilege, court orders, or any other legal duty.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party providers to operate the Service: Anthropic for AI document analysis via Claude API, Railway for database hosting and server infrastructure, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Cloudflare for domain registration, DNS, and inbound email routing. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Lemon Squeezy (A Stripe Company) for payment processing. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy processes payment information on our behalf. Your payment data is governed by Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com. We do not store payment card information.

6. Data Retention

Original uploaded file: Never stored — processed in memory only.

Extracted document text: 7 days, then automatically deleted.

Analysis report: 7 days, then automatically deleted.

Email address: Retained as needed to deliver results, deleted with the associated job record.

We do not retain any document content beyond 7 days, and we do not build profiles of users. We do retain limited, de-identified statistics about completed analyses, as described below.

Billing and Credit Records. Your email address is also retained separately in connection with purchased scan credits and billing history (including credit balances, purchase records, and refund history). This billing-related retention is separate from, and not subject to, the 7-day deletion period described above for document content and job records. We retain this information for 7 years, consistent with standard financial recordkeeping practices. This billing data never includes document content, extracted text, or analysis reports, only the information necessary to track your credit balance and purchase history.

Aggregate Analytics. We retain limited, de-identified statistical information about completed analyses, including: the date of the analysis, the correspondence score and tier, the categories of tactics detected, the general document type, and the state-level jurisdiction involved. This information never includes document contents or excerpts, file names, email addresses, the names of any individual, case numbers, or any information that could identify you, your organization, or any person referenced in an analyzed document. We use this information for research, trend analysis, and improvement of the Service. It cannot be linked to any specific document, submission, or customer, and it is not subject to the 7-day deletion periods described above.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure hosted infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a security breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law, including the Pennsylvania Breach of Personal Information Notification Act (73 P.S. § 2303), within the timeframes required by law.

8. No AI Training on Your Data

SovGuard AI does not use your submitted documents or extracted text to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Analysis is performed via the Anthropic Claude API under terms that do not permit training on API user data by default.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Because document data is automatically deleted after 7 days, most data subject requests will be satisfied by that automatic deletion. 9A. California and International Users

California Residents (CCPA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Most data subject requests are automatically satisfied by our 7-day auto-deletion policy. To exercise your rights, contact support@sovguardai.ai.

International Users (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under applicable data protection law including the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your personal data. Our legal basis for processing your document data is the performance of a contract (delivery of the analysis service you requested). Contact support@sovguardai.ai to exercise your rights or with any data protection questions.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
